Head Men's Track & Field Coach
Under the direction of the Head Men’s Track & Field Coach, the Graduate Assistant for Track and Field is responsible for the development and maintenance of an effective, comprehensive and competitive Track and Field program including the planning, organizing, and directing of Track and Field activities; scheduling and coordinating program events on campus; serve as a liaison between the Men’s Head Coach, college personnel, outside agencies, vendors, boosters, students and parents. This position will require driving student-athletes to and from competition and assisting the coaching staff in recruitment duties as assigned by the Head Coach. This position oversees multiple event groups within the Track and Field program and will serve as a technical event coach for a training group within the Track & Field Program.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution,
AND
• Accepted into a North Central Graduate Program,
AND
• One year of formal training, internship, or leadership experience
AND
• Demonstrates cultural competency, sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of college students.
