Description

Grand View (Des Moines, IA): Grand View University Athletics Department is accepting applications for a Track and Cross-Country - Graduate Assistant position (tuition waiver + stipend) starting Fall 2025 semester.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Include, but are not limited to, assisting Track and Cross-Country staff in all aspects of training. Candidates will receive valuable hands-on coaching experience in all aspects of coaching, as well as the opportunity to learn and grow in the sport of Track and Cross-Country.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a BA/BS. CPR, First Aid and AED certification required. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to be a collegiate coach and will possess a strong work ethic, high character values, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and a willingness to learn and grow. Skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Teambuildr, GymAware is preferred.
