Have an earned bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a GPA of no less than 3.0
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and time management
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills—not only with athletes, but with all interactions (coaches, administrative staff, fans, etc.)
A desire to seek a career in coaching
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree is required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This person will report to work at our Bourbonnais campus. This position will showcase your skills on the job, as well as in the classroom. It will involve some work on the road recruiting.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Tuition Scholarship to complete graduate degree in our School of Graduate and Continuing Studies.
Monthly stipend of $1,200 for 2-year programs, and $700 for 1-year programs.
