Head Baseball Coach

The Head Baseball Coach serves as the primary leader and steward of the University of Mary's NCAA Division II Baseball program. This position provides strategic leadership, personnel supervision, scholarship management, competitive oversight, fundraising direction, and mission integration for the baseball program.

The Head Coach is fully responsible for competitive success, culture formation, compliance oversight, and alignment with the University's Christian, Catholic, Benedictine mission and the
'Greatness Through Virtue’ whole-person development model.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversees Scholar-Athlete & Team Athletic Success, Academic Success, and Team Compliance
  • Oversees Scholar-Athlete Whole Person Development and Safety, Health & Well-Being
  • Oversees Community Integration & Connectedness
  • Oversees Program Management
  • Contributes to Athletic Fundraising Efforts
