The Head Baseball Coach oversees all aspects of the baseball program at Hastings College. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, player development, game strategy, and program administration. The coach will work closely with student-athletes to foster a positive and competitive team culture while promoting academic success and personal growth.

• Recruitment and Retention: Recruit talented student-athletes, maintain relationships with coaches, monitor academic progress, and oversee the Junior Varsity team.

• Player Development: Design training sessions, provide individualized feedback, and foster a supportive team environment.

• Game Strategy and Preparation: Develop game strategies, scout opponents, analyze game footage, and make in-game decisions.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.

• At least three years of experience, preferably at the collegiate level.
