This position is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the women's basketball program
within the guidelines and values of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).

This Position Is Responsible For:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract talented student-

athletes who align with the mission and values of the College of Saint Mary.

• Provide leadership and direction to assistant coaches, support staff, and student-athletes,

fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.

• Design and execute effective practice plans that focus on skill development, tactical

understanding, and physical conditioning.

• Develop game plans to maximize the team's competitive performance.
• Manage the team's budget.
• Monitor the academic progress and overall well-being of student-athletes, providing support

and resources as needed to ensure their success in the classroom and on the court.
• Comply with all NAIA, GPAC, and College of Saint Mary rules, regulations, and policies.
• Serve as a mentor and role model for student-athletes.
