Southeastern Louisiana University's Department of Athletics invites applications for the position of Head Beach Volleyball Coach. The successful candidate will assist the Athletics Director with all phases of a Division 1 intercollegiate beach volleyball program including instruction and training of student-athletes in on-court operations, physical and mental player development, motivation, mentorship, instilling disciplines and developing technical skills through quality practice and excellent communication. The successful candidate is responsible for working with administrative staff regarding overseeing all recruiting efforts, scheduling of practice, training, competition, equipment, including uniforms, travel arrangements, budget management, meal accommodations, supervision and evaluation of assistant coaches, fundraising, speaking engagements, short and long-term planning, and upholding the departmental university mission statements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
A minimum of four years of coaching or playing experience with at least one of
the four years at the collegiate level or equivalent.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree from an accredited university.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations in Division 1 Athletics
