Brief Job Description
The Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach is directly responsible for all aspects of the women’s lacrosse program, which includes, but not limited to: the recruitment of quality student-athletes; practice and game preparation; scheduling and budget management; hiring, supervising and evaluating assistant coaching staff; adherence to all NCAA Division III, SUNYAC and institutional policies and procedures. This position will also be responsible for secondary duties within the department of athletics as assigned.
This is an Appendix B position not eligible for permanent appointment.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; established record of lacrosse coaching experience at the collegiate level; proven ability to recruit quality student-athletes; excellent communication skills, strong computer skills; a commitment to the values of NCAA Division III athletics; strong organizational and leadership skills.
