ABOUT

The Head Football Coach position is a full-time position responsible to the Director, Intercollegiate Athletics. This individual must possess proven leadership abilities in planning, organizing, and administering a football program and maintaining a high degree of academic and athletic excellence within the program.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Organizing, coaching, managing, and promoting all aspects of the football program, including facilities, competition, practice schedule, budgeting, and team operations.
  • Recruiting and retaining student-athletes for the sport of football who are a fit for the institution and meet the institution’s standards and qualifications.
  • Creating an environment and plan for the academic success of the team by providing academic support and counseling to the student-athletes.
  • Assisting as needed in the student athlete drug education, counseling, and testing programs.
  • Projecting and promoting an inclusive education with the highest standards where student-athletes are empowered to lead lives of personal significance and professional success as global citizens.
