Position Description:
The Head Men’s Soccer Coach is responsible for leading and directing all aspects of a NCAA Division III Men’s soccer program that advances the mission of intercollegiate athletics and the University. The head coach supervises assistant coaching staff; leads student recruiting and retention efforts; coaches student athletes and fosters their skill development; leads coaching plans and implementation at practices and competitions, provides students’ safety, health and well-being, assures compliance with NCAA, UMAC and university policies; provides sound fiscal management; supervises equipment oversight, scheduling, travel planning, and summer camps; oversees off-season programs and athlete development; and coordinates program communication and fundraising efforts with the Athletic Director, Communications and Marketing, and Advancement.

This is a full time, 10-month, annually renewable appointment.Starting salary is competitive and negotiable with experience and a record of success. The position carries excellent fringe benefits.
