Head Coach: Men's Soccer

Central Christian College of Kansas seeks a full-time Head Coach for Men’s Soccer to lead a competitive program while mentoring student-athletes in alignment with the College’s mission and values. This 12-month role focuses on coaching excellence, recruitment, program administration, and holistic student development.

Responsibilities include recruiting and retaining qualified student-athletes, planning and leading practices, mentoring academically and spiritually, organizing community engagement opportunities, monitoring eligibility, managing budgets and equipment, and maintaining compliance with institutional and conference policies. The coach will also teach at least one course and actively participate in campus formation events.

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), possess prior coaching experience, maintain a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate the ability to lead student-athletes within a Christ-centered educational environment
