Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of the men's volleyball program at the NAIA level.
Recruit and retain academically successful and highly competitive student-athletes.
Plan, organize, and conduct practices, training sessions, competitions, and team travel.
Promote academic achievement and support student-athlete success through graduation.
Ensure compliance with all University, conference, and NAIA rules and regulations.
Develop competitive schedules and coordinate tournament participation.
Manage program budgets, scholarship resources, and fundraising initiatives.
Supervise and evaluate assistant coaches and graduate assistants.
Collaborate with athletic training staff to ensure student-athlete health, safety, and well-being.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree.
Three to five years of progressive coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level.
Demonstrated success in recruiting and developing student-athletes.
Strong knowledge of volleyball instruction, player development, and program administration.
Understanding of NAIA rules, athletic compliance, and student-athlete eligibility requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license.
Preferred:
Master's degree.
Collegiate coaching and recruiting experience.
Record of building successful, championship-caliber programs.
Experience with fundraising, budget management, and community engagement.
