Saint Martin’s University is seeking a Head Coach - Men’s and Women’s Cross Country

The Head Men’s & Women’s Cross-Country Coach administers and coaches the men’s and women’s cross-country programs and assists with track program’s distance runners. The Head Coach is responsible for all scheduling, budgeting, recruiting, scouting, communicating and training associated with the successful operation of both cross-country programs competing under the jurisdiction of the NCAA. Ensures compliance with all university, NCAA and GNAC conference policies, rules and regulations as a NCAA DII member of the Great Northwest Athletic Conference. Provide leadership that meets the mission of Catholic Benedictine institution of higher education the University's "4 Pillars" of Faith, Reason, Service and Community are a point of emphasis to be integrated into the athletic program.
