Reporting to the Director of Athletics, this position assumes the role of Head Men’s Soccer Coach and all duties associated with it. The Head Men’s Soccer Coach is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the team, including coaching, training, recruitment, strategic planning, and player development, ensuring a high standard of academic and athletic competitive excellence. The Head Men’s Soccer Coach demonstrates a commitment to fostering an environment of integrity, leadership, and respect while maintaining a positive and competitive team culture.
A minimum of 3 year’s demonstrated successful coaching and recruiting experience at the college or university level.
Relevant experience in college or professional athletics.
Significant coaching experience at the collegiate or professional level, with a proven record of success in leading a soccer program.
A Master’s degree in sports management, physical education, or a related field.

The offered wage or salary is only one aspect of an employee’s total compensation
