Albright College is seeking applications for Head Coach of eSports, League of Legends. The candidate will help create a fully participating atmosphere aligning with the Athletic Department mission to recruit, retain and graduate athletes from all demographics. Albright is a member of NACE, a NCAA Division III member institution as well as a member of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC), and the Commonwealth Conference. This part-time position is responsible with day-to-day operations of the League of Legends eSports program. This includes on in person and online coaching responsibilities; fundraising for the program; off campus, online and on campus recruiting; manage use of Front Rush; schedule management; skill development of players; and oversee academic progress of team.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Lead the league of legends team with in-person coaching.
2. Recruit prospective student athletes on and off campus- including online. Evaluate player talent for recruits.
3. Organize recruiting communications and campus visits.
4. Set up and monitor student athlete academic sessions, focusing on student retention.
5. Manage twitch and other gaming accounts.
6. Organize program fundraising.
7. Manage team budget.

9. Promote full participation within program and all athletic events.
10. Promote Albright College eSports within the community.
11. Regularly communicate and correspond with alumni and friends of Albright eSports.
12. Work closely with Development and Alumni Relations to support Albright eSports and maintain relationships with alumni and friends of Albright Athletics.
13. Collaborate with other campus departments including Development, Admissions, College Relations, and Alumni Relations to promote eSports events and other opportunities.
14. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Prerequisites:

1. COMMUNICATION:

   1. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
   2. Knowledge of social media platforms and ability to maintain team pages.

2. SKILLS:

   1. Playing competitive gaming necessary. Computer experience preferred.

3. EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE:

   1. 0-3 years coaching experience at high school or college level.

4. EDUCATION:

   1. College degree or equivalent required.

5. LICENSES:

   1. Driver’s license required.
   2. Child clearances required.
