Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Head Softball Coach in the Athletics Department.
The candidate would be expected to organize, plan and direct all aspects of the Division I program; monitor educational progress and welfare of student athletes; assist in the formation and preparation of the budget and oversee the expenditures; assist with fundraising and public relations, and other duties as assigned.
This is an in-person, on-campus; non-remote position.

Bachelor's degree
Three (3) years of Head or assistant coaching experience at the collegiate Division I level.
Successful record of recruiting of Division I student-athletes.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
A valid driver’s license in your state of residence and have had no serious violations (Type A) within the past five (5) years and no more than three (3) moving violations (Type B) in the past three (3) years. University Policy found here: Monmouth University Vehicle Use Policy .
Master’s degree.
Head coaching experience, preferably at Division I level.
Playing experience at the college level.
