Ripon College, an NCAA Division III institution and member of the Midwest Conference, is seeking a Head Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Coach.
Reporting to the Vice President and Director of Athletics
Head Men’s & Women’s Swimming & Diving CoachFull-Time | 12-Month Staff Position
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and retain top-tier student-athletes who align with the academic and athletic standards of our institution.
Program Leadership & Operations: Oversee all day-to-day administrative, operational, and tactical facets of both the men’s and women’s programs to drive team success and athlete development.
Staff Management: Direct, evaluate, and mentor assistant coaches to build a cohesive and effective coaching staff.
Meet Management: Manage all aspects of home and away competition logistics, safety protocols, and operations. Including budget, travel, and equipment needs.
Academic Excellence: Actively monitor athlete academic progress, ensuring your teams balance elite athletic performance with scholarly achievement.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Proven experience coaching swimming and diving at the collegiate, high-level club, or elite high school level.
Demonstrated track record of effective recruiting, program building, and athlete development.
Strong commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and competitive environment.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and possess knowledge, understanding, and adherence to Ripon College, Midwest Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.
