Primary Duties

Coaching and Student Mentorship:

  • Coach student-athletes, including all men’s soccer team practices and scheduled games/competitions. Develop sound game plans and strategies. Condition and train athletes, including skill demonstration, to develop skill, character and teamwork in men’s soccer.

  • Monitor student-athlete academics, including student-athlete welfare and encouraging academic excellence.

Manage and Recruit the Soccer Program:

  • Manage the entire men’s soccer program by planning and coordinating all activities. Ensure that all University, conference and NCAA rules and regulations are followed, including student-athlete eligibility, recruiting, financial aid, scheduling, and academic progress. Manage the programs operating budget through procurement requests, and travel reimbursements.

  • Recruit highly qualified prospective student-athletes.
