POSITION SUMMARY                                                                     

The Tennis Head Coach is responsible for conducting a comprehensive, high quality NCAA Division I athletic program within the guidelines of all rules and policies established by the department, the institution, the Conference, and the NCAA.  This includes assessing, implementing, and evaluating strategies to enhance team and individual athletic and academic performance in accordance with the stated mission of Le Moyne College and the Athletic Department.   This Head Coach is charged with creating an environment advancing the “Inside the L” culture of wholistic personal growth and development of the student-athlete.  

Daily duties and tasks which require exercising discretion and independent judgment consisting of 60% instructional and 40% recruitment/administrative/fiscal management tasks.
