Education or combination of education and/or experience equivalent to:

• Bachelor’s degree required

Experience:

• 3 years of T&F and Cross Country coaching experience at the College level; as either Head or Assistant Coach or, 3 years as a Head Coach at the High School level with Collegiate playing experience. | | Certifications/Licenses |
  
• Valid driver’s license

• Must be computer literate
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Must have demonstrated ability to successfully recruit to an NCAA DIV III institution located in an urban environment
