Rutgers University- Newark (RU-N), an urban public research university and anchor institution, located in Newark, New Jersey, a city of promise is seeking a Head Coach – Men’s & Women’s TF and Cross Country. Reporting to the Athletic Director, this is a twelve-month position.
This position is responsible for and not limited to the following:
Develops and maintains all facets of a successful
NCAA
Division
III
Track and Field Cross Country program
Recruits athletically and academically qualified students
Retains students in the program
Plans and conducts practices
Fundraises
Prepares and manages budget
Hires and supervises assistant coaches
Performs other secondary duties as assigned
Full Time

This position requires a fully on-site work arrangement.
