Head Coach. Ultimate Frisbee Club Program

The Ultimate Frisbee Head Coach provides supervision and effective leadership to the club sports program.

Matches take place on weekends during the Ultimate fall & spring seasons.

A coaching staff member is required to be at all practices and games as well as during all club Sports team travel.

Responsibilities :

• Fostering skill development and teamwork among students.
• Promoting and upholding institute policies and procedures
• Initiating activities supporting the sports club.
• Collaboration with the assistant coach (if applicable) to provide skill and developmental support to the team.
• Assist with student-athlete welfare, physical health, team concepts, and safety.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree
•Knowledge of skill development
• Ability to work with and develop a variety of experience and skill levels
• The coach must attend all practices and matches
