About Haverford Athletics
Haverford College Athletics plays a central role in the College’s mission to cultivate academic excellence, personal growth, and ethical leadership. With 23 NCAA Division III varsity programs competing in the Centennial Conference, the department provides student-athletes the opportunity to pursue competitive success while fully engaging in Haverford’s rigorous academic environment. Approximately 40 percent of the student body participates in varsity athletics, reflecting the significant role athletics plays in shaping the student experience and fostering a strong sense of community on campus.

About the Position
Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the Head Coach for Women’s Basketball is responsible for the oversight and operation of the College’s competitive Division III Women’s Basketball program, including all aspects of coaching, recruiting qualified student-athletes, scheduling, budget management, fundraising activities, and managing the intercollegiate program within the policies and principles of Haverford College, the Centennial Conference, and the NCAA.
Primary Responsibilities
Line of Report : The Head Coach – Women’s Basketball reports to the Director of Athletics and supervises the assistant coaches.
