Head Coach of NCAA Division III Women’s Basketball program including: understanding and adherence to Division III principles, the Endicott College mission, as well as the Athletic Department’s mission statement. Gameday management including: organizing students with Federal Aid in the area of Work Study and supervising home contests.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor Degree with a Master degree
• 3 – 5 years collegiate coaching
• Proven and exceptional management skills in overseeing basketball program
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Ability to work as a member of a team with strong interpersonal
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
