Job Summary: Baldwin Wallace University seeks a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the inaugural Head Women’s Flag Football Coach. This coach will launch and lead BW’s 29th varsity sport beginning in 2026. The position oversees all aspects of the women’s flag football program, including recruitment and retention of student-athletes, practice planning, game strategy, skill development, academic monitoring, and the creation of a competitive and positive team culture. The head coach will play a critical role in building the program’s foundation and ensuring it reflects the mission and values of Baldwin Wallace University and NCAA Division III. This is a full-time, exempt position within Athletics.
