Head Coach - Women's Gymnastics - Coach IV (10 month)

Position: Coach IV (10 months)

Department

The Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is an NCAA Division II program and a member of the Northeast-10 Conference and the Gymnastics East Conference. Consisting of 19 athletics teams, SCSU's outstanding program continually ranks among the top NCAA Division 1 programs in the nation and boasts a long record of dominance in the Northeast for both team and individual championships. The Owls rank among the top 10 nationally with 82 individual titles and team championships with 10. SCSU had NCAA Championship representation in nine sports in 2023-24 and also ranked among the top half of all Division II programs in the Learfield Sports Cup for the 20th straight year.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to on-field coaching, recruiting, fundraising, off-season training, assisting with administrative duties, academic oversight, and community engagement activities. Knowledge of and commitment to compliance with NCAA, ECAC Conference, and University regulations. Successful completion of the NCAA certification exam and timely submission of all required paperwork. Reports to the Head Coach and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
