Central Christian College of Kansas invites applications for a full-time Head Coach for Women’s Soccer to lead and develop a mission-centered intercollegiate program that fosters academic, athletic, spiritual, and personal growth in student-athletes. This position reports to athletic leadership and serves as a member of the instructional coaching faculty, integrating sport instruction with discipleship and student formation.
The Head Coach is responsible for recruiting and retaining student-athletes, maintaining a competitive roster, organizing practices and competitions, mentoring students spiritually and academically, coordinating community service initiatives, managing program resources, and ensuring compliance with institutional and athletic association standards. The role also includes teaching at least one course and participating actively in campus life and spiritual formation activities.
Qualified candidates should demonstrate coaching expertise, organizational leadership, strong communication skills, and a commitment to Christian higher education. A master’s degree is preferred.
