Saint Francis University, an NCAA Division institution, invites applications for the full time position of Head Coach, Women's Softball.  The Head Coach is responsible to the Director of Athletics or designee for the organization and direction of a Division I softball program.

The successful candidate must have a commitment to and responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Saint Francis University, the Northeast Conference, and the NCAA.  In addition, the candidate must understand and actively support the mission of the Department of Athletics and Saint Francis University.

Bachelor's degree required.  Master's degree preferred.  Intercollegiate playing and coaching experience , Division I experience is preferred.  Playing and/or coaching experience with working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations is preferred.
