About the Opportunity

Summary

Direct and manage all aspects of NCAA Division I Volleyball Program. Coach and develop student-athletes to achieve their full potential through positive communication, recruit prospects who are a good fit academically and athletically; support and advance student-athlete well-being; effectively supervise and mentor assistant coaches and; maintain academic integrity of program; operate program within NCAA, University and Conference guidelines; demonstrate commitment to department mission and core values; participate in public relation activities; schedule non-conference games, oversee program budget and assist with fundraising as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of seven years of successful coaching experience on the NCAA intercollegiate level required; head coaching experience preferred; Division I experience preferred. Commitment to academic integrity and to NCAA, conference and University policies required.
