Position: Head Cross-Country Coach

Description: This position will serve as the Head Coach of the men’s and women’s cross-country teams, and as an assistant coach for distance running events for indoor and outdoor track and field. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: creating and implementing year-round endurance training and racing programming, charting and monitoring the progress of GCC endurance athletes, developing and teaching cross-country and track endurance event race strategy. Additionally, this position would also recruit student-athletes locally and nationally with an emphasis on high performing endurance athletes.

Apply NowRequirements: The qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, and preferred candidates will have prior competitive college track and field experience coaching experience, with an emphasis in endurance/distance running training. Must have a valid driver’s license.
