The Head Coach of the Carolina Dance Team, reporting to the Associate Athletics Director of Marketing, will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations, performance preparation and overall development of the dance team. Will ensure that the team maintains a high level of excellence in technique, performance and community engagement, while also overseeing the administration, operational and recruitment aspects of the program. The role requires a dynamic leader who is passionate about dance and fostering a positive team culture.

- Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 5 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of certification, training, education and/or experience.

Lead team including preparing, scheduling and running 10-15 hours of practice per week, from mid-July to March. Scheduling and working all home football games and basketball games as needed. Oversee team preparations for National competitions. Oversee all choreography needs for the team for game day routines, sideline routines and national routines.
