Lebanon Valley College invites applications for an experienced and dynamic head field hockey coach. Reporting to the director of athletics, this 10-month position (typically August through May) is responsible for the organization, supervision, and overall management of all activities related to the field hockey program. The head coach is expected to model leadership, sportsmanship, and professional conduct while fostering a culture that supports academic success, athletic excellence, and student development. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to creating a culture of inclusion and belonging and will comply with all Lebanon Valley College, National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), and Middle Atlantic Conference rules and regulations. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), a minimum of five years of collegiate coaching experience (head coaching experience preferred), a proven record of recruiting and developing student-athletes, and a strong commitment to inclusion, belonging, and team culture.
