Head Golf Coach
Salary: $8,000
Classification: Part-Time
Reports to: Athletic Director & BSC
Duties will include, but not limited to; Leading all phases of an Intercollegiate Golf program. Recruiting within conference guidelines, teaching advanced Golf skills, monitoring of individual’s academic progress, overseeing the transportation of the team, participating in fundraising activities, encouraging and demonstrating good sportsmanship, and processing appropriate institutional and conference paperwork.
This position reports directly to the Director of Athletics and is responsible for managing all assistant coaches and volunteers for the Softball program.
Work with Athletic Director, department and athletic commissioners to ensure compliance with all NWAC rules and regulations.

Lead practices and games on weekday afternoons, evenings and weekends
Perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.

Terms of Employment
Head Coaches will be paid $8,000 annually.
Conditions of Employment
Prior to a new hire, a background check including criminal record history will be conducted. Information from the background check will not necessarily preclude employment but will be considered in determining the applicant's suitability and competence to perform in the position. In addition to the background check, candidates will be required to complete the Sexual Misconduct Disclosure Form as required WB HB 2327.
