Blackburn College, a unique four-year liberal arts college with a student-managed work program located in Carlinville, IL seeks internal applications for the position of Head Golf Coach.
This position is a part-time, 10-month, renewable position. The selected candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the Men’s and Women’s Golf Team.
Position responsibilities include assisting with team development, training and instruction in practice and competition, building competitive programs, management of program budgets, and student recruitment.
The selected candidates will have demonstrated skills and experience in coaching Golf (preferably at the collegiate level) and/or extensive experience with Golf. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to NCAA D-III philosophy, excellent communication skills (written and oral), and the ability to positively motivate student-athletes and prospective recruits. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record in compliance with Blackburn College policy.
