Baker University seeks applicants to fill a Head Men’s and Women’s Bowling Coach position in the Athletics Department. The Head Men’s and Women’s Bowling Coach will be responsible for the management, oversight, and development of the bowling program. Responsibilities include the recruitment and retention of student-athletes, budget management, scheduling, fundraising, and the supervision and evaluation of student-athletes and assistant coaching staff. The Head Men’s and Women’s Bowling Coach will comply with all Baker University, Heart of America Athletic Conference, and NAIA procedures and policies. The position will perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred, and bowling collegiate coaching experience strongly preferred.
Must have and be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the NAIA, good interpersonal skills, knowledge of field maintenance information, the ability to work independently, the ability to supervise staff and students, competent writing and communication skills, proficiency with computers, the ability to meet deadlines, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
