DSU is looking to hire a Head Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Coach/Assistant Men’s and Women’s Track Coach  and other duties as assigned. The Head Men’s & Women’s Cross Country Coach, Assistant Men’s and Women’s Track Coach is responsible for a highly competitive cross country program, assisting with a highly competitive men’s & women’s track program and assisting with the sport information department which compete in the Frontier Conference and NAIA.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: knowing and abiding by all University, NAIA and Frontier Conference rules and regulations; coaching, recruiting, monitoring student-athletes academic progress, budgeting and scheduling, organization and implantation of practice and contest plans.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Education, Exercise Physiology, or Sport Administration or closely related
