Job Status: Full-Time (12-month position)

Reports To: Director of Athletics

Lawrence University is seeking a dynamic Head Coach candidate to lead our Men’s Hockey program and make an impact on Lawrence and Division

III

hockey. This outstanding candidate will build upon a strong foundation and move this program forward. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in pushing our program on many levels to establish a higher level of competition, recognition, and expectations. Lawrence University located in Appleton Wisconsin, is a nationally ranked private college of liberal arts and sciences and conservatory of music. The University is a member of the Midwest Conference, Northern Collegiate Hockey Association, Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference and Midwest Fencing Conference. Lawrence currently fields teams in 24 intercollegiate sports with approximately 365 scholar-athletes and is committed to a well-balanced program promoting excellence in both.

As the Head Men’s Ice Hockey Coach, you will be the driving force behind the program’s success, overseeing all aspects of our varsity team’s operations. We are seeking an innovative individual who is passionate about the sport and developing our student athletes on and off the ice. Program Administration: Take charge of the program’s day-to-day operations with a strategic eye. Manage scheduling, budget, and compliance with

NCAA

regulations. Ensure that every operational detail contributes to our overarching goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

• 5-7 years of successful coaching experience

• Ability to recruit qualified men’s ice hockey student-athletes

• Bachelor’s degree required
