The Head Men's Soccer Coach/Coordinator of Athletic Facilities is responsible for coaching the men's soccer team and responsible for coordinating all athletic facility scheduling and reservations, inclusive of site management duties and other duties as assigned.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform all coaching duties in the role as head coach to include on field instruction, game management, recruiting, retention, conditioning, academic monitoring, assistant coach supervision and sport camp development
Be knowledgeable and supportive of compliance with policies and regulations of the University, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the Atlantic East Conference, and other athletics related organizations to which the University belongs. Know and implement relevant NCAA and Atlantic East Conference policies/regulations
Be knowledgeable about the annual NCAA Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA)
Represent the Athletic Department and Marywood University in an appropriate and professional manner at all times
Coordination the scheduling and reservation of all athletic facilities (indoor and outdoor); inclusive of site management duties when applicable; coordination/scheduling of facility reservation with other departments and non-Marywood groups; and other duties as assigned
Assists in the preparation and monitoring of department budgets
Supervises and manages front-desk staff employees and student employees, as necessary, to enhance their academic and professional development
