Yeshiva University, a NCAA Division III institution in New York City, and member of the Skyline Conference, is seeking applicants for a part-time head softball coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for delegating coaching responsibilities to assistant coaches and lead the program in all aspects.
Duties include but are not limited to recruitment of prospective student-athletes, student-athlete development, running of practice sessions, film breakdown, and game preparation. The head coach will also be responsible for working with athletics staff to support and uphold the philosophy, goals, and mission of both the university and the YU athletics program.

Recruit and maintain relationships with high school softball players from the Yeshiva system
Commitment to learning NCAA Division III rules and regulations
Dedication and commitment to building a successful NCAA Division III softball program
Teaching the sport's technical skills
Posting grades each semester as student-athletes earn academic credits
Demonstrated ability to establish good rapport and effective working relationships with student-athletes, coaches, staff and alumni
Attend practices and games
Ability to work nights, and Sundays and maintain a flexible work schedule
Minimum two years of college, high school, or club coaching experience preferred
$10,000 - $15,000
