What You’ll Do
The Head Sports Performance Coach , is responsible for the implementation of the athletics performance enhancement programs. To provide student-athletes with the tools to develop and optimize their athletic capabilities, in a safe and effective manner during pre-season, in-season and off-season. This role focuses on enhancing athletic performance, reducing injury risks, and promoting overall physical fitness and health.

The day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute strength training and conditioning programs for all sports teams.
• Collaborate with sports medicine staff to support the rehabilitation and strengthening of injured athletes.
• Educate athletes on proper nutrition, conditioning, and recovery techniques.
• Monitor and assess athletes' progress, making necessary adjustments to training plans.

Work Schedule: Up to 25 hours per week.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree.
• Two (2) years of Sports Performance experience at the high school or collegiate level.
• Must possess a current Strength & Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) through Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA) or Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) through National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) certification.
