Head Track & Field, Cross Country Coach
The Department of Athletics at Westminster College invites applications for the position of Head Track &
Field and Cross-Country Coach. This full-time position will provide direction for an NCAA Division III
Cross Country and Track & Field Program.
The head coach's duties will include managing all aspects of running a track & field and cross-country
program, including coaching, recruiting, and program administration. The program will operate within the
athletic policies and mission of Westminster College, the President’s Athletic Conference (PAC), and
NCAA Division III.

Primary responsibilities include:
Be a person of good character
All aspects of coaching and administration of a Division III track & field and cross country program
Recruiting athletically and academically qualified student-athletes
Organizing, scheduling, and conducting practices and meets
Encouraging commitment to academic excellence
Ensuring program compliance with all College, PAC, and NCAA rules and regulations
Fundraising and outreach programs
Additional administrative duties as assigned
A bachelor’s degree is required, with a master’s degree preferred. Applicants with previous college-level
coaching and recruiting experience will be given preference.
Review of applicants will begin on July 3, 2026. Applications will be accepted until July 14, 2026.
