Olympic College is in search of a Head Volleyball Coach. This role serves as a key leader within the Olympic College Athletic Department and plays an integral role in advancing the mission of the Division of Student Development and Engagement. This position is responsible for elevating the student-athlete experience by promoting leadership, discipline, and personal growth, while ensuring the effective management of all aspects of the volleyball program. Through strategic oversight of training, competition, travel, and recruitment, the Head Coach supports the Athletic Director’s broader goals of community engagement, strategic planning, and departmental excellence. Terms of Employment
Assistant Coaches will be paid $8,000 of stipend.
Conditions of Employmen t
Prior to a new hire, a background check including criminal record history will be conducted. Information from the background check will not necessarily preclude employment but will be considered in determining the applicant's suitability and competence to perform in the position. In addition to the background check, candidates will be required to complete the Sexual Misconduct Disclosure Form as required WB HB 2327.
