Job Description

Warren Wilson College seeks a Head Women’s Basketball Coach who embraces our unique experiential learning curriculum, fully integrating academics, on-campus work, and community engagement. Rather than coaching in a vacuum, you will lead an intercollegiate program designed for student-athletes who are equally committed to competitive excellence, campus work, and social accountability. Responsible for all aspects of program operations—including tactical coaching, budgeting, scheduling, and evening/weekend game travel—the ideal candidate brings proven collegiate coaching and recruiting success, sharp organizational skills, and a passion for mentoring holistic student-athletes. If you are an educator-coach dedicated to building an inclusive, resilient team culture rooted in collective responsibility and community values, we invite you to lead the Owls.

Interested individuals should read further to learn more about the College and the responsibilities for this full-time, exempt position. Priority consideration will be given to candidates who apply by 11:59pm EDT, Sunday, June 21, 2026. All applications must be received electronically. Please be aware no relocation assistance is available for this position.
