Head Women’s Basketball Coach

Central Christian College of Kansas is seeking a full-time Head Women’s Basketball Coach to lead a mission-centered program that develops student-athletes academically, socially, spiritually, and athletically. The coach will provide sport-specific instruction, mentorship, recruiting leadership, and program administration while helping student-athletes grow in character, faith, teamwork, discipline, and competitive excellence. Responsibilities include coaching and practice planning, student-athlete development, academic support, spiritual formation, recruiting and retention, roster management, eligibility oversight, budget stewardship, community service, and active participation in the life of the Athletic Department and campus community. A bachelor’s degree is required, with coaching and recruiting experience preferred.
