Job Title: Head Women’s Flag Football Coach   Department: Athletics  Reports To: Director of Athletics  Classification: Part-Time while recruiting; Full-Time with field team  Position Summary  The Head Women’s Flag Football Coach is a key leader in establishing and developing the Women’s Flag Football program from its inception. This position is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and competitive success of the program, directing all aspects of coaching, recruitment, program development, and compliance with institutional, conference, and national governing body regulations.
