Recruitment: Identify and recruit talented student-athletes to join the golf program.
Training: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for student-athletes to enhance their skills and performance.
Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule practices, competitions, and travel arrangements for the golf team.
Competition: Prepare student-athletes for competitive play and coach them during matches and tournaments.
Administration: Manage budgetary allocations for the golf program, handle administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with NCAA regulations and university policies.
Public Relations: Serve as a representative of the university's golf program, fostering positive relationships with alumni, donors, and the community.
Student-Athlete Development: Support the academic and personal development of student-athletes, promoting their success on and off the golf course.
