Job Description:
The Emmanuel College Department of Athletics seeks a full-time head coach of women's soccer. The head coach is responsible for the leadership, direction, instruction, supervision, and coaching of the women's soccer program.
Highly qualified applicants have proven experience in recruiting, retaining and coaching diverse student athletes. Qualified candidates also have experience in fundraising, alumni engagement, and a thorough understanding of the rules and regulations set forth by the NCAA.
The head coach will also be responsible for all aspects involved in running a soccer program, including budget management, travel, and equipment needs, and supervision of assistant coaches. It is essential this person uphold the values of the College and the department while building athletes of character who contribute in the classroom and in the community.

The posted salary range reflects the good-faith compensation estimate for this position. The actual pay offered will be based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity factors. $65,000-$75,000
