Brief Position Overview

The Head Women’s Softball Coach position at MSU Billings is a 12-month, full-time professional position. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. MSUB is a member of the Great Northwest Athletic Conference and competes at the NCAA Division II level with 14 men’s and women’s varsity teams in basketball, cross country, indoor track and field, outdoor track and field, and golf, as well as women’s volleyball, women’s softball, women’s soccer, and men’s baseball plus co-educational cheerleading.

The Head Women’s Softball Coach reports to the Director of Intercollegiate Athletics and is responsible for planning and administering all aspects of the NCAA Division II intercollegiate women’s softball program, under the direction of the Director of Intercollegiate Athletics.
