Idaho State University seeks an accomplished and dynamic leader to serve as Head Softball Coach for its NCAA Division I softball program. Competing in the Big Sky Conference, Idaho State Softball has established itself as one of the premier programs in the league, with a strong tradition of competitive success, student-athlete development, and championship performance.
The Head Coach will provide visionary leadership for all aspects of the program, including student-athlete recruitment and development, competitive success, staff leadership, fundraising, community engagement, and operational management. The successful candidate will foster a culture of excellence that supports student-athletes academically, athletically, and personally while advancing the University's mission and values.
This position is not eligible for new visa sponsorship at this time. Candidates who already hold valid U.S. work authorization may be considered

Key Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of coaching experience in a coaching position with a high level of responsibility at the Division I level, and/or head coaching experience at any collegiate level.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree and successful coaching experience of five years or more as a Head Coach, Associate Head Coach or Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at the Division I Level.
Additional Information
You must submit your CV/resume, cover letter, and list of three (3) professional references, including current contact information. This position will remain open until it is filled. Salary will be between $80,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with education and experience.
