Job Description
The Head Womens Field Hockey Coach shall be responsible for the growth and development of the womens field hockey program at the University and will plan and direct the activities of the program.
Required Qualifications
bachelors degree and successful background as a field hockey player or coach; *experience coaching in an NCAA Division II university.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters or higher degree.

oversee the field hockey team while in the weight room and assist with maintaining the upkeep of the weight room

effectively supervise and mentor assistant coaches/graduate assistants

prepare and submit proposed budget to the Athletic Director

participate in various fund-raising activities for the program and the department

adhere to the NCAA and SAC rules

complete required institutional and program accreditation reports and other reports necessary for the operation and advancement of the University

participate in efforts to collect, analyze, and report data for the athletic department in the university s planning, assessment, and evaluation processes for institutional effectiveness

assist in the production of outcomes-assessment and long-range planning for the athletic department

perform other assignments and duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.
